Wild Honey - All day breakfast
Meaning the whole day they will be serving breakfast meal.
When there recently for tea break. Had their English Breakfast($22) and a cup of Roasted Almond Latte($7).
English breakfast is a must try, it's their signature dish, served with beacon, sausage, scrambled egg, potato and bread(pic below). If i'm not wrong, Tunisian and European are also their signature dishes. Give it a try!
Though it's abit pricey, but trust me, worth it!

Tampopo Restaurant (Taka)

A Japanese restaurant of course. Their Ramen are good!
My friends and i had Tonkatsu Ramen($17+/-) and Takoyaki layer set($22+/-).
Tonkatsu Ramen is a Must try! I heard they're famous in their black pork.
Try it! Their Katsu(fried pork) are not those normal you had at other jap restaurant. Tampopo katsu do have filling in it(i.e Prawn, Octupus...)
No matter what,Katsu is a Must try! Crispy and tasty too!
They even have healthier choice of katsu.

Looking for Chicken Rice around Orchard Area?! Try this at Far East Plaza. Reasonable Price. 

One of the best Chicken Rice stall i ever went. Came here a couple of times already, and never get sick of it.

If i'm not wrong, i think they only have the normal chicken(white skin) and not the roasted chicken. I know some people will go eeekkk. Me, myself  i preferred the roasted chicken too. However you all can still remove the skin. The skin does not affect the taste of the chicken, it's still as good as the roasted one. The chicken is pretty soft. But what i like most is the rice, it's really tasty! I always ordered 2 plate of rice. 

Of course they only sell chicken rice. You can also add egg and vege(that's what i always add on) when i visit. If you're going in group, as in more than 2, maybe you can consider ordering half a chicken. If you're going in 3-4 people, order half the chicken. Dont worry, the stuff will advise you. 

The restaurant is pretty small, maybe table of 10? Dont be afraid by the queue, just follow and soon your turn will be up, because normally there'll be queue if you go during dinner time. Once you finish your food, you have to leave. Not because they really want to drive you out, it's because the restaurant is really small, and there are alot people queuing, so please understand... this is what i mean by dont be afraid by the queue.

Bakers World

My cousin brought us cakes from this shop today, and so went into further research because the cakes are really nice!

She brought us the Durian cake, Chocolate royaltine and the Chocolate eclair. Tried all, and it's really good. Maybe you should try and judge it yourself.

The Durian cake are really rich. From i what i found out, i think Chocolate royaltine is their signature cake. Combination of chocolate ice-cream, cakes and biscuit(bottom layer). The Chocolate eclair is filled with chocolate ice-cream.

All cakes are to store in refrigerator!

I think the shop located at a deserted place. Also don't think it's a cafe or so. It's like a take away shop kind.

I think a box of cake cost $3.5 or so.
And 3 for $10/$11. It's pretty cheap.
It's located somewhere in Serangoon, nearest MRT startion(Serangoon)

Went to this restaurant recently, had dinner over there.

Ordered bockwurst sausage platter($18.50), served w salad and mash potato.

It's pretty good, worth it a try. My friends and i shared this duck pizza as well,

the pizza dont really give me a 'wow'(prefer Timbre duck pizza).

I heard they're famous in their breakfast and lunch. And during the day, it will be more quiet, most people love spending their lazy afternoon there. So maybe you would like to considered to go on a daylight.

It's located at dempsey hill(deserted area) and it's not convienent at all, unless you own a car. However, there's still buses carries you there, but afterall, you still have to walk a distance up there.

There's alot of restaurant there too, however they're all quite pricey.

Stranger's Reunion

It's a newly opened cafe just 6-7weeks ago, very nice place to chill out.

My friends and i had coffee and waffle there. The waffle we ordered come w vanilla ice-cream and fruits($8). Myself, I ordered Affogado(vanilla ice-cream w expresso)($6.5), it's something new that i never try before. Simply mix the expresso w the ice-cream. The expresso itself is pretty sour, but the combination w the ice-cream is perfect. (*Finish it before the ice-cream melt)

My friends had coffee, and they say it's pretty bitter. Try asking for sugar syrup(most of the coffee needed it). Averages cost for coffee about $5.

They do serve pastries and cakes as well :)

The cafe is pretty small, therefore seats are limited.
Recommended for group of less than 5.
